About the role

  • Corporate Finance Manager at Crowe managing M&A transactions and client relationships. Leading complex projects and mentoring a finance team in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Complex Transactions : Manage the full lifecycle of corporate finance projects, including M&A transactions (buy-side and sell-side), debt advisory, and corporate structuring, ensuring high-quality service and tight deadlines.
  • Deliver In-Depth Financial Analysis : Prepare and review detailed financial analyses and business valuations across diverse industries, providing actionable insights to clients.
  • Manage Client Relationships : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through critical negotiations and ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Team Leadership & Mentorship : Lead and manage a team of newly qualified and part-qualified professionals, providing day-to-day mentorship, performance management, and on-the-job training.
  • Drive Business Success : Work alongside Partners to originate and pursue new business opportunities, proactively developing and managing client portfolios.
  • Presentation & Client Interaction : Attend and present at client meetings, delivering thorough reports and outputs, while playing an active role in transaction and contract negotiations.
  • Financial Management : Take charge of managing the firm’s WIP (Work in Progress) and Debtor Ledger, ensuring compliance with company policies.

Requirements

  • Qualified Professional : ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification
  • Corporate Finance Experience : Ideally, you’ll have hands-on experience in corporate finance within professional services, but we also welcome exceptional candidates with external audit backgrounds.
  • Analytical Expert : Strong financial modelling skills with a sharp commercial mindset.
  • Leadership Skills : Proven ability to lead teams, mentor junior staff, and manage multiple projects.
  • Client-Centric Mindset : You understand the needs of our clients and provide tailored solutions with confidentiality and confidence.
