Responsibilities
Handle users of the student life services: answer inquiries and assist users regarding the full scope of the CROUS
Manage emails from the back-office messervices.etudiant.gouv.fr (Scholarships, CVEC, housing, IZLY)
Participate in and be available for events organized by the CROUS
Handle emails from the housing service shared mailbox in the absence of the student life administrative officer
Requirements
Good knowledge of the CROUS network and the organization of higher education
Understanding of the education system and student aid programs
Knowledge of housing allocation rules
Knowledge of the procedure for processing means-tested scholarship applications
Familiarity with the professional environment, particularly coordination with other CROUS services (housing and catering)
Knowledge of written and oral communication techniques
Take messages and relay information
Record and file documents
Write and format documents
Welcome, advise and support students; refer or reorient them if necessary
Work effectively in a team
Structure and organize work
