- Strategic Direction: Lead complex initiatives and make technology trade-off decisions, ensuring solutions are sustainable and scalable.
- Mentorship and Culture: Drive technical rituals (1:1s, staff-to-staff alignments) to raise team seniority and share engineering best practices.
- Positioning and Influence: Serve as the link between business challenges and platform solutions, clearly articulating and sharing technical guidance across the tribe.
Requirements
- Proven deep technical expertise across multiple platform and cloud domains (cloud-agnostic).
- Experience leading large technical initiatives and defining engineering standards.
- Consistent track record of delivering robust architectures and mentoring teams.
- Soft skills: High emotional maturity, ability to provide constructive feedback, and skill in engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- Availability for hybrid work: Required to attend our office in the Morumbi area of São Paulo once a month for four consecutive days, typically during the last or first week of the month (Creditas in Person).
