About the role

- You will assist in creating copy for social media campaigns with a focus on influencer and UGC content.
- You will work closely with Creative Strategy, Design, and Project Management.
- You will help develop hooks, captions, CTAs, and copy for creator briefings.
- You will contribute to refining copy based on performance insights and feedback.
- You will support documenting learnings and optimizing existing copy.
- Step by step, you will take on increasing responsibility for your own copy formats and specific areas.
Requirements
- You have initial practical experience in copywriting, social media, or marketing (e.g., working student, internship, first full-time role, or personal projects).
- You are interested in social media, creator content, trends, and digital campaigns.
- You work in a structured, detail-oriented way, are eager to learn, and bring a hands-on mentality.
- You have a good feel for language and a desire to understand why certain copy performs.
- You present yourself in a friendly, professional, and responsible manner.
- You are confident communicating in German; English skills are an advantage.
