Requirements
- 2+ χρόνια εμπειρία σε Contact Center περιβάλλον και Collections Project
- Εμπειρία ως Trainer, Coach ή Team Leader
- Εμπειρία σε On-the-Job / Nesting
- Πολύ καλή γνώση MS Office
- Ικανότητα παρουσίασης και facilitation
- Άριστη γνώση Ελληνικών και Αγγλικών
