About the role

- Commercial/administrative management (not A–Z management!) of a defined property portfolio
- Preparation of rental exposés/listings, taking current market rent developments into account
- Correspondence and close collaboration with our clients, external service providers, legal representatives, authorities, etc.
- Conducting pre-inspections and final inspections in case of terminations, as well as handovers after letting
- Processing incoming terminations and commissioning repairs for defects with our experienced pool of contractors
- Ensuring safety and compliance of the properties in cooperation with the technical team
- Continuous data maintenance and independent tenant acquisition
Requirements
- Completed training as a Real Estate Agent/Property Manager (m/f/d) or several years of professional experience in property management
- Ideally, experience working with SAP and Microsoft Office applications
- Fluent German language skills, written and spoken
- Strong communication skills, strong customer orientation, commitment, team spirit, pragmatic approach, negotiation skills and flexibility
