About the role
- Property Manager handling tenant relations, property oversight, and daily operations at Covivio's residential locations in Oberhausen. Ensure tenant satisfaction and maintenance of property standards.
Responsibilities
- Central point of contact for a wide range of matters and challenges related to the management of our residential properties
- Monitoring and oversight of our property portfolio, promoting a harmonious living environment for our tenants
- Organizing and conducting tenant support, consultation, and face-to-face meetings to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Responsible for apartment handovers and check-outs, including thorough documentation and communication with tenants
- Performing caretaking and maintenance duties to ensure smooth daily operations and to maintain the safety of our property portfolio
Requirements
- Completed commercial training as a real estate clerk/property manager (Immobilienkaufmann) or a vocational trades qualification — alternatively an equivalent qualification
- Solid knowledge of building technology
- Practical experience in manual/trades work
- Confident use of MS Office and, ideally, SAP and other IT systems
- Strong communication skills and the ability to handle conflict situations professionally
- Solution-oriented mindset, team spirit, and a strong customer- and service-oriented approach when facing daily challenges
