Responsibilities
Central point of contact for a wide range of matters and challenges related to the management of our residential properties
Monitoring and oversight of our property portfolio, promoting a harmonious living environment for our tenants
Organizing and conducting tenant support, consultation, and face-to-face meetings to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Responsible for apartment handovers and check-outs, including thorough documentation and communication with tenants
Performing caretaking and maintenance duties to ensure smooth daily operations and to maintain the safety of our property portfolio
Requirements
Completed commercial training as a real estate clerk/property manager (Immobilienkaufmann) or a vocational trades qualification — alternatively an equivalent qualification
Solid knowledge of building technology
Practical experience in manual/trades work
Confident use of MS Office and, ideally, SAP and other IT systems
Strong communication skills and the ability to handle conflict situations professionally
Solution-oriented mindset, team spirit, and a strong customer- and service-oriented approach when facing daily challenges
