Responsibilities
Gestionar, controlar y ejecutar las operaciones administrativas, financieras y contractuales asociadas a los créditos estructurados.
Coordinar la formalización de operaciones (documentación legal, garantías y condiciones previas al desembolso).
Validar condiciones financieras pactadas: tasas, plazos, estructuras de pago, covenants y garantías.
Registrar y mantener actualizada la información en sistemas internos (core bancario, ERP y plataformas de cartera).
Monitorear el cumplimiento de condiciones financieras y contractuales durante la vida del crédito.
Generar y controlar flujos de pago (cuotas, intereses, amortizaciones) y eventos financieros relevantes.
Dar soporte en modificaciones contractuales, renovaciones o reestructuraciones.
Coordinar con áreas legales, riesgos, tesorería y contabilidad.
Elaborar reportes periódicos de seguimiento de cartera estructurada.
Asegurar cumplimiento con normativa regulatoria mexicana.
Brindar soporte en auditorías internas y externas.
Requirements
Licenciatura en Economía, Contaduría o carreras económico-administrativas afines.
1 a 3 años en áreas administrativas y financieras.
Experiencia en gestión operativa de productos financieros (deseable en crédito).
