About the role

Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in recruitment, resourcing, or talent acquisition, or a background in roles with highly transferable skill such as HR, sales, customer service, or operations
- Strong organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise your own workload and manage numerous recruiting pipelines and projects at any one time
- A high level of productivity, with the ability to self-motivate and take ownership of your work
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Dedication to providing excellent customer service
- An exceptional attention to detail
- An innovative and proactive approach to your work
- Discretion when dealing with sensitive information
