About the role
- Executive Producer leading creative vision and execution of large-scale live events at Cornerstone. Overseeing budgets, teams, and client relationships to ensure successful event delivery.
Responsibilities
- Define event vision, themes, messaging, and creative direction.
- Lead creative ideation sessions, pitch presentations, and concept development.
- Approve scripts, agendas, storyboards, run-of-show documents, and final creative deliverables.
- Drive storytelling and audience-engagement strategies for all event types.
- Partner with the Technical Director on all technical elements.
- Work with Technical Director to build and manage production schedules, timelines, and workback plans.
- Serve as primary client liaison throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage expectations, lead creative reviews, and communicate project status effectively.
- Oversee cost tracking, invoicing, and financial reporting.
- Act as the senior authority during all live, virtual, and hybrid events.
- Mentor junior producers, coordinators, and production assistants.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in event production, with 5+ years in a senior or executive producer role.
- Proven track record of managing high-profile, large-scale live events.
- Strong understanding of technical production and AV systems.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage complex budgets, tight deadlines, and large cross-functional teams.
