About the role
- Analista Fiscal managing tax compliance and strategic support for clients at Coplan Contabilidade. Ensuring accurate tax reporting and regulatory compliance while enhancing client relations.
Responsibilities
- Recording, analysis and verification of incoming and outgoing invoices, including invoices for services provided and received.
- Preparation of tax calculations (ISS, ICMS, PIS, COFINS, IPI, IRPJ, CSLL) and issuance of payment slips for tax payments.
- Preparation and filing of statutory tax reports and returns (SPED Fiscal, EFD Contribuições, DCTF, ECD, ECF, DIRF, DEFIS, among others).
- Tax consultations and obtaining tax clearance certificates from the relevant authorities.
- Advisory guidance to clients and the internal team on tax procedures and tax classification.
- Preparation of tax reports and presentation of results.
- Analysis and application of tax incentives and benefits to optimize client outcomes.
- Conducting client meetings and supporting the selection of the most advantageous tax regimes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (mandatory)
- Previous experience as a Tax Analyst in an accounting firm
- Practical experience with the Lucro Real, Lucro Presumido and Simples Nacional tax regimes
- Strong knowledge of tax legislation, tax calculations and statutory obligations
- Knowledge of tax incentives and fiscal benefits
- Intermediate Excel
- Experience with operational and consultative client meetings
- Experience with various systems (Nasajon, Alterdata, Protheus)
- Good communication skills for presentations and strategic guidance
- Must reside within easy commuting distance to São Gonçalo, RJ
