Responsibilities
- Calculate and reconcile direct taxes — Income Tax (IR), Corporate Income Tax (IRPJ) and Social Contribution on Net Profit (CSLL) — focusing on tax compliance and tax efficiency.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement, Statement of Changes in Equity), ensuring the quality and reliability of information.
- Perform analyses of financial indicators, identifying optimization opportunities and providing strategic support to leadership.
- Monitor period-end accounting closes, correct discrepancies and ensure data integrity.
- Monitor changes in accounting and tax legislation and apply them accurately to processes.
- Support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement of internal controls.
Requirements
- Experience in analysis and calculation of direct taxes (IR, IRPJ and CSLL).
- Practical experience with the Lucro Real and Lucro Presumido tax regimes (Brazilian corporate tax regimes).
- Analytical profile with strong attention to detail and the ability to convert accounting data into strategic insights.
- Up-to-date knowledge of tax and accounting legislation.
- Proactive mindset and systemic vision to anticipate risks and propose improvements.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines with resilience and consistent quality.
- Good communication and clarity for interaction with clients and team members.
- Ethics, integrity and commitment to excellence.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting required (ONLY degrees in Accounting will be accepted).
