About the role

Responsibilities
- Je coördineert projecten van A tot Z: van data warehouse-implementaties tot AI-agentontwikkeling en SharePoint-migraties.
- Je stelt budgetten en planningen op, volgt deze nauwgezet op en rapporteert variaties tijdig.
- Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor klanten, houdt hen op de hoogte van voortgang, risico’s en eventuele issues, en zorgt voor transparante communicatie.
- Je stuurt het delivery-team aan, motiveert en coacht collega’s en zorgt dat iedereen weet wat er verwacht wordt.
- Je bewaakt de scope, beheert change requests en zorgt dat projecten binnen de afgesproken kaders blijven.
- Je implementeert kwaliteitsprocessen, voert risicoanalyses uit en zorgt voor heldere documentatie.
- Je werkt nauw samen met sales, account managers en andere interne stakeholders om commerciële kansen te benutten en klantverwachtingen te overtreffen.
Requirements
- Minstens 5 jaar ervaring als projectmanager in software-, data- of ERP-projecten.
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels; Frans is een pluspunt.
- Je bent proactief, communiceert helder en weet mensen te motiveren.
- Je hebt ervaring met budget- en resourceplanning, scopebewaking en risicomanagement.
- Je bent leergierig en hebt affiniteit met technologieën als Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, Azure AI Foundry, Power BI en SharePoint maar vooral de drive om hierin te groeien.
- Je schakelt vlot met zowel technische teams als C-level stakeholders.
