About the role

  • Territory Business Manager focusing on continence care sales through consultation and training in the UK. Engaging clinical stakeholders and maximizing product evaluations across healthcare settings.

Responsibilities

  • Grow territory sales for continence care through consultation with clinical and appropriate commercial customers in the community and hospital.
  • Engage with key clinical product prescribing stakeholders across Acute and Community Teams.
  • Initiate and drive product evaluations in hospitals and communities through liaison with key clinical decision-makers.
  • Increase clinical access to key brands through formulary inclusions or clinical guidelines.
  • Ensure correct and competent use of Convatec brands through regular training of Territory HCPs.

Requirements

  • Selling experience within medical/pharma industry, selling to primary and/or secondary care.
  • Educated to degree level, with ideally a sciences background or nursing experience.
  • Tenacity, be highly motivated and goal oriented.
  • Strong and impactful communication skills and the ability to build strong customer relationships and influence key decision makers.
  • The ability to demonstrate a good understanding of NHS structure.
  • Good working IT knowledge (Microsoft software inc. Excel, PPT & Word) & CRM experience.
