Responsibilities
Independently advise an assigned portfolio of commercial and industrial clients (companies from approx. 50 employees) across all non-life/composite lines (excluding motor, life, and health)
Maintain customer relationships and act as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries
Conduct renewal negotiations with insurers as well as tenders/RFPs, including comparisons of terms and conditions
Prepare and, when required, participate in annual review meetings together with the external sales team (management)
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years’ experience with an insurance broker or insurer in the commercial or industrial insurance sector in a comparable role
Solid knowledge in at least one non-life line such as industrial fire, business (operational) and product liability, etc.
Completed training as an insurance clerk (Kaufmann/frau für Versicherungen) or insurance specialist (Versicherungsfachwirt), or alternatively a relevant degree
