Responsibilities
Acquisition of new corporate clients and integrating existing client relationships into our mid-sized brokerage
Carrying out the full acquisition process — from lead generation through analysis of the insurance program to the presentation
Independently managing commercial clients (minimum: companies of approx. 50 employees) in the property & casualty lines — with support from internal sales
Conducting annual review meetings on-site or digitally
Actively helping to shape the company within our OKR framework — e.g., participating in digitalization or optimization of internal processes
Requirements
Several years of experience at an insurance broker or agency
Experience in acquiring and subsequently servicing corporate clients
Solid knowledge of property & casualty/composite lines, e.g., industrial fire and liability (excluding motor, life and health)
Completed training in insurance / Versicherungsfachwirt or a relevant degree
