Responsibilities
Central point of contact for our customers, ensuring their concerns are handled promptly and professionally
Direct contact for customers, primarily via written correspondence, but also by phone (inbound calls only)
Handle customer inquiries and provide advisory support
Analyze customer feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of the service
Assist the team with various customer service support tasks
Requirements
Preferably completed vocational training and some practical experience in external and internal communication
Strong communication skills, empathy, and a confident, friendly demeanor (especially with difficult customers)
Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken, with impeccable written and verbal expression
Self-initiative and team spirit, with a strong customer and service orientation
