About the role
- Global Payroll Administrator managing payroll operations across multiple countries. Responsible for payroll cycles, compliance, and vendor management while ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
Responsibilities
- Managing payroll cycles across supported countries, including data collection, validation, approvals, and reporting.
- Ensuring compliance with local statutory requirements and deadlines.
- Validating gross-to-net calculations, deductions, and adjustments.
- Coordinating with in-country payroll providers and global aggregators.
- Overseeing integrations between Ceridian Dayforce, TriNet, BambooHR, and finance systems.
- Ensuring accurate data transfers and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Preparing and posting pay journals for accounting reconciliation.
- Aligning payroll results to GL accounts and cost centers; manage accruals and reversals.
- Maintaining documented procedures for each jurisdiction.
- Supporting internal/external audits and statutory inspections.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of payroll experience, including multi-country processing and pay journal preparation.
- Proven ability to manage external payroll vendors and global platforms.
- Strong understanding of payroll accounting and compliance requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field.
