Responsibilities
Technically analyze potential plots of land to be acquired by the company
Commission technical studies for lands already under commercial agreement
Compile information so other departments can perform analyses to finalize land acquisition
Identify, map and prospect land acquisition opportunities aligned with the expansion strategy and the Tenda construction model
Actively engage with brokers, property owners, local partners and other real estate market players
Evaluate and qualify land from market, urban planning, technical, financial and legal perspectives
Perform financial feasibility analyses for lands under negotiation
Coordinate and monitor preliminary studies (schematic design, massing studies, legal guidelines and cost estimates)
Prepare commercial proposals for land acquisition
Work closely with the Legal department during the due diligence process.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture and Urbanism, Business Administration, Economics or related fields
Experience in land sourcing, property development (incorporation) or new real estate business development
Knowledge of the real estate market in the state of Minas Gerais
Intermediate Excel skills
Availability for frequent fieldwork and a hybrid work routine
