Responsibilities
Ensure the availability of equipment within their machine scope, as part of a maintenance sector
Implement industrial safety or improvement projects on their equipment
Ensure the availability, resilience and cybersecurity of industrial networks (OT)
Develop and improve maintenance plans for their installations (maintenance routines, service schedules, spare parts…)
Keep technical documentation up to date: computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)
Improve the reliability and maintainability of installations (failure analysis, 8D)
Prepare, plan and monitor work to be carried out, including external contractors (EEI)
Provide technical support in their area of expertise for their machine scope
Update asset management and carry out associated safety/compliance actions (lifecycle, obsolescence, spares, compliance)
Act as maintenance project owner for projects within their scope
Be responsible for a broad machine scope and a variety of technologies
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac+3/5) or equivalent in one of the following fields: networks & telecommunications, industrial IT, cybersecurity
General knowledge within the role's scope (networks, industrial infrastructure - OT, industrial IT)
General knowledge of maintenance practices
Knowledge of certifications and regulatory or normative controls and requirements (IEC 62443, NIS2, Group policies, customer standards)
Hold the Constellium qualified-responsible designation
In-depth knowledge within the role's scope
Knowledge of the operation of the entire machine fleet
Proficiency with maintenance IT tools (CMMS)
Ability to perform AJA and 8D
Comply with safety rules
Demonstrate rigor and attention to detail
Be available and flexible
Able to work autonomously and within a team
Capable of managing short- and medium-term topics simultaneously
