About the role
- Contábil Assistant handling financial reconciliations and accounting tasks in an innovative international trade company. Seeking a candidate with accounting background and Office skills.
Responsibilities
- Perform low-complexity accounting reconciliations to ensure accuracy in the accounting close;
- Prepare and assist with bank account reconciliations for the group’s companies;
- Validate financial, tax and operational controls by performing monthly reconciliations;
- Classify and post accounting entries;
- Support inventory controls for goods held by third parties;
- Assist with fixed asset control for the group’s companies;
- Perform other related duties inherent to the role as directed by the immediate supervisor.
Requirements
- Previous experience in Accounting;
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration or Accounting;
- Microsoft Office suite;
- Intermediate Excel (a plus).
