Responsibilities
- Preparation of bidding/tender processes
- Procurement of equipment and services for the companies within the Comerc Energia group
- Market research and development of new suppliers for the acquisition of goods and services
- Spend control and financial management of contracts
- Negotiation and drafting of contracts
- Manage the import process for materials and equipment and oversee the entire process
- Development and monitoring of suppliers
- Provide support to and collaborate with the Engineering, O&M and Energy Efficiency teams in defining technical specifications
- Monitor and follow up on requests from internal stakeholders
- Organize and oversee the delivery of equipment and services
- Be organized, proactive, self-controlled and able to work under pressure
- Fully adhere to the company's current policies and Code of Ethics and Conduct
Requirements
- Education: Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, Engineering or related areas
- Experience in technical procurement
- Microsoft Office
