• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles across the organisation and initial briefing with key stakeholders.
• Proactively identify and attract top talent through a variety of sourcing channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, professional networking sites, employee referrals, and direct outreach.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and candidate experience, staying ahead of industry best practices and innovative sourcing techniques
• Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with hiring managers across different departments.
• Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience at every touchpoint, reflecting TCG's core values and fostering a strong sense of connection to our company.
• Collaborate effectively with the broader HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding experience for new hires.

• Design and build autonomous AI agent systems leveraging tools like AWS Step Functions, N8N, and Google Vertex.
• Develop multi-agent workflows that coordinate across departments (e.g., project management, sales operations, customer support, etc.)

• Build robust error handling, monitoring, and feedback loops for production AI systems.
