Responsibilities
Ensuring operational readiness of solutions through reliability, performance, monitoring and disaster‑recovery considerations.
Designing, enhancing, and maintaining scalable and resilient platform capabilities.
Contributing hands‑on to engineering delivery including design, development, automation, and operational support.
Driving adoption of DevOps, CI/CD, automation and cloud‑native engineering practices.
Identifying and reducing technical debt while improving resilience and platform efficiency.
Ensuring compliance with security, governance, and operational standards.
Collaborating with product, engineering, delivery and operations teams to ensure platforms are production‑ready and well supported.
Requirements
Experience in software engineering across modern technology stacks, ideally in cloud and distributed environments.
Strong familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, automation and infrastructure‑as‑code.
Solid understanding of system reliability, observability, performance engineering and operational readiness.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to influence technical decisions without direct authority and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to technical and non‑technical audiences.
Relevant technical qualifications or experience in cloud engineering, DevOps or software engineering disciplines.
