About the role

Responsibilities

  • Be the technical point of reference for all evolutions of the corporate website via Strapi CMS (Core)
  • Ensure the quality, consistency and scalability of components managed in the CMS
  • Lead the internalization of the project previously handled by an agency, understanding the legacy and evolving it with quality
  • Ensure non-technical teams (Growth, Marketing, Content) can manage content autonomously using the structures created in Strapi
  • Keep the site performant, responsive and conversion-oriented, aligned with Growth goals
  • Incorporate AI into the workflow as a continuous practice, not a one-off
  • Create and configure Content Types, components and layouts in Strapi CMS
  • Develop and maintain pages and site sections using HTML, CSS and JavaScript (React or an equivalent framework)
  • Consume and integrate REST or GraphQL APIs from Strapi into the front end
  • Implement experiments, A/B tests and new features in partnership with the Growth team
  • Map and document the project received from the agency, ensuring traceability and organized evolution
  • Collaborate with Design to ensure visual fidelity and a good user experience in implementations
  • Use AI tools (Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT or similar) to accelerate deliveries and improve code quality
  • Participate in MarTech/Growth team rituals, contributing technical perspective to roadmap discussions

Requirements

  • Solid experience with HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript
  • Proficiency in a modern front-end framework, preferably React
  • Experience with Headless CMS — Strapi or a similar tool (Contentful, Sanity, etc.)
  • Ability to consume and integrate REST or GraphQL APIs
  • Good practices in componentization, semantics and clean code
  • Autonomy to operate without direct dependence on the dev team
  • Clear communication with non-technical teams (Marketing, Growth, Content)
  • Organization and ability to manage multiple demands in a fast-paced environment
  • Active use of AI tools in the daily workflow
  • Direct experience with Strapi, especially v5
  • Experience working in MarTech, Growth or Digital Marketing teams
  • Knowledge of technical SEO and web performance metrics (Core Web Vitals, Lighthouse)
  • Familiarity with analytics and tagging tools (Google Tag Manager, GA4)
  • Experience in internalization or migration of projects from agencies
  • Understanding of UX and conversion best practices (CRO)
  • Familiarity with Git version control and PR/Code Review workflows
