About the role

- Define the product development strategy and lead projects from design through to market launch.
- Supervise project teams and ensure technical alignment with Quality, Regulatory, and Production functions.
- Contribute to the definition of the system architecture (mechanical, electronic, software).
- Deploy the Verification & Validation (V&V) strategy and ensure requirements traceability.
- Manage technical documentation, risk management, and design transfer to production.
Requirements
- Engineering degree (general engineering, biomedical, mechatronics, or equivalent).
- Proven experience (≥10 years) in managing projects for electromechanical medical devices.
- Proficiency with ISO 13485, IEC 60601 and Risk Management principles.
- Strong technical background and excellent communication skills in English.
