About the role
- Finance Manager responsible for financial reporting and compliance across Coda's subsidiaries. Joining a global team to enhance financial operations and reporting qualities.
Responsibilities
- As a Finance Manager, you’ll be part of the financial reporting team and will have full ownership of your assigned subsidiaries in various jurisdictions globally within the Coda Group.
- This will include the monthly financial reporting process, tax compliance obligations, statutory compliance obligations, and other accounting-related matters.
- Your role will be a combination of recurring finance tasks and project-based initiatives.
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance / Accountancy or a Professional Qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, ISCA, CPA).
- More than 6 years of working experience in the related field. An audit background would be a bonus.
- Strong communication/coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders, including other company functions, management and external auditors.
- Independent and self-motivated, with good interpersonal skills, with the ability lead a team and supervise team members closely on technical matters
- Strong knowledge of IFRS standards and tax compliance matters
- Well-versed in MS Office and Netsuite ERP system
