About the role

  • Lead revenue growth and margin expansion strategy across LATAM. Engage with diverse stakeholders to develop effective RGM solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy of topline revenue growth and margin expansion in LATAM.
  • Scaling RGM solutions across countries, executive-level communications and performance tracking.
  • Generate actionable insights based on Sales Data, Market Trends & Shopper behaviors.
  • Provide comprehensive reports (pricing, promo, share, mix).

Requirements

  • 15+ years of commercial experience in Commercial strategy, RGM, and Franchise Leadership.
  • Proven experience in managing Enterprise systems from development through deployment and maintenance.
  • Strong strategic & systematic thinking.
  • Data & analytical skills – ability to lead a “big data” based capability to create business value.
  • Ability to influence others and make the complex simple.
  • Master: Commercial Channel Strategy & Execution, RGM, Segmentation, Franchise Leadership, Business Planning & Project Management.
  • Proven: Strategic and Analytical skills as well as outstanding influencing skills.
