About the role

  • Community Leader for Cetera Investors driving revenue growth and expanding assets under management. Overseeing Regional Growth Teams and ensuring success of financial advisor retention.

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth and increase assets under management across the organization
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Advisor Recruiting teams
  • Provide strategic guidance support to multiple Regional Growth Teams
  • Ensure measurable improvement in advisor experience, productivity, and satisfaction
  • Drive productivity and growth at the national, regional and branch levels
  • Create and execute a people strategy
  • Ensure compliance with sales procedures and regulations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and strategic partners
  • Own the real estate optimization strategy
  • Lead organizational change initiatives
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure effectiveness of sales and coaching strategies

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in sales leadership roles within the Financial Services Industry (Broker-Dealer)
  • Demonstrated experience recruiting and leading highly productive and diverse teams
  • Experience leading large, geographically dispersed organizations
  • Strong analytical orientation with ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans
  • Deep understanding of financial markets, products, platforms and regulations
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • FINRA Licensing Requirements: Series 7 & 24, 63, 65 or 66. Insurance license.
