About the role
- Program/Product Manager enhancing participant engagement across departments for Cetera Financial Group. Lead initiatives, coordinate teams, and oversee program execution with data-informed decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of participant engagement programs across departments
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of program milestones
- Manage segmentation strategies and outreach initiatives to support engagement goals
- Oversee and maintain the participant engagement dashboard, ensuring data accuracy and usability
- Facilitate stakeholder communications and reporting on program performance
- Support the implementation and adoption of participant engagement tools and platforms
- Collaborate with internal teams and third-party providers to enhance participant experience
- Monitor program outcomes and recommend improvements based on insights
- Assist with issue resolution and support special projects as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Program Management, or equivalent experience
- 4+ years in the financial services industry
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
- Comfort with technical concepts and tools used in program execution
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially project tracking and dashboard tools
- Adaptability to evolving business needs and priorities
