Responsibilities
Lead the planning and execution of participant engagement programs across departments
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of program milestones
Manage segmentation strategies and outreach initiatives to support engagement goals
Oversee and maintain the participant engagement dashboard, ensuring data accuracy and usability
Facilitate stakeholder communications and reporting on program performance
Support the implementation and adoption of participant engagement tools and platforms
Collaborate with internal teams and third-party providers to enhance participant experience
Monitor program outcomes and recommend improvements based on insights
Assist with issue resolution and support special projects as needed
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Program Management, or equivalent experience
4+ years in the financial services industry
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
Comfort with technical concepts and tools used in program execution
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially project tracking and dashboard tools
Adaptability to evolving business needs and priorities
