Responsibilities
Oversee all financial and administrative management of the entity
Ensure the accuracy and reliability of accounting records and compliance with tax and social security obligations
Coordinate with the external accounting firm to provide monthly documentation
Prepare supplier payment runs
Manage monthly banking relationships
Handle key contracts and monitor insurance policies
Develop the annual budget in collaboration with management and all departments
Implement and maintain dashboards for costs, overheads, payroll and revenue
Monitor actuals versus budget, analyze variances and alert management
Review and validate VAT returns prepared by the accounting firm
Maintain headcount tracking and update internal procedures
Advise management on the financial impact of decisions
Ensure compliance with expense approval rules
Identify opportunities to improve processes and the quality of financial services
Requirements
Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business School or equivalent (DCG/DSCG is a plus)
5–10 years of experience in finance/accounting
Strong knowledge of general and analytical accounting (balance sheet, P&L, receivables/payables cycles)
Experience in budget preparation, variance analysis and dashboard creation
Solid knowledge of VAT, corporate tax and standard taxation rules
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, advanced formulas); familiarity with Yooz and Cegid Loop is a plus
Ability to design and streamline procedures (expenses, approvals, etc.)
High attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate figures on time
Ability to prioritize and independently manage a wide scope of responsibilities
Ability to explain financial topics clearly to non-finance stakeholders
