Responsibilities
Management of Level 1 IT incidents
Answering internal calls and monitoring tickets in the incident management tool
Installation and configuration of workstations and telephone lines
On-site visits to users for troubleshooting or installations
Responsible for workstation security (updates, antivirus, etc.)
Reporting/escalation of recurring incidents to the infrastructure and cloud engineer
Requirements
Two-year post-secondary diploma (Bac +2) or equivalent
Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
Proactive, highly committed, and readily available
Tenacious, able to overcome obstacles and maintain focus on objectives
Flexible and able to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of Microsoft environments (Windows, Office, Office 365...)
Knowledge of networking (IP, LAN...)
