Strategic thinker with strong communication, negotiation and networking skills
Ability to develop customers and markets and independently design strategies for successful customer engagement
Understanding of public procurement law, tender procedures and decision-making processes in a government environment
Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud technologies or digitalization solutions
