Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end management of the global onboarding program
Own and orchestrate the global identity verification (IDV) and background check program for all new hires
Partner with Security, Legal, and IT teams to design and audit verification protocols
Collaborate with key partners including Recruiting, Places, L&D, HR, and IT
Ensure growing regions feel supported with personalized experiences
Manage and oversee onboarding technology platforms
Continuously assess and improve the onboarding process
Provide coaching and guidance to HR partners and hiring managers
Requirements
Bachelor's/Master's degree in a related field
5+ years of experience in HR, onboarding, or talent management
At least 2 years in a program management or leadership role
Proven experience developing and managing scalable remote, in-person, and hybrid onboarding programs
Strong understanding of data privacy principles and experience with global identity verification (IDV)
High proficiency with HRIS systems, especially Workday
Excellent communication skills
Strong project management, high attention to detail, and a data-driven mindset
