About the role
- Associate Payroll Analyst supporting payroll operations across EMEA countries. Assisting with compliance checks and processing payroll accurately and timely.
Responsibilities
- Assist with end-to-end payroll processing across multiple EMEA countries.
- Review vendor reports, payroll inputs, and employee data for accuracy.
- Support monthly reconciliations, audits, and compliance checks.
- Partner with HR, Accounting, and Benefits teams on payroll-related matters.
- Respond to employee payroll questions with clear and timely communication.
- Help identify opportunities to streamline and improve payroll processes.
Requirements
- 1–4 years of payroll experience, preferably covering multiple EMEA countries.
- Good understanding of payroll processes, compliance, and regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience with payroll platforms (e.g., Workday, ADP) is a plus.
