About the role

• Senior Project Manager overseeing Monetization projects at Clio, the leader in legal AI technology. Collaborating with various teams to drive strategic project management efforts across the organization.

Responsibilities

• You will lead end-to-end project management for Monetization projects.
• This could include managing: pricing increases, packaging changes, and plan updates; pricing and packaging for new products and add-ons; international pricing; and promotional pricing campaigns.
• You are expected to have a deep understanding of what it means to manage complex projects and programs end-to-end using widely recognized best practices.
• You will work closely with functional leaders across the business to develop execution plans that align to the strategic vision and goals of the Monetization program
• You will drive strategic alignment and decision making discussions with project leads and executive stakeholders
• You will facilitate needs assessments and task scoping with a variety of workstream leaders, and continually test and validate scoping assumptions to make sure that teams are working on the right things to achieve project objectives
• You will identify and highlight dependencies and facilitate communication and collaboration across cross-functional workstreams; and in doing so, you will remove barriers, track blockers, and mitigate risks
• You will coordinate with cross-functional leaders to draft content for Monthly Business Reviews and executive pricing committee reviews

Requirements

• An undergraduate degree in an area that involves project management, business, research, leadership, or finance.
• Project management certification and/or additional project management training - PMP certification is essential
• 3+ years experience working in project management or adjacent disciplines in a fast growing SaaS/tech company
• Experience conducting needs assessments, scoping project tasks and deliverables, facilitating decision making alignment discussions, and creating roadmaps and timelines/gantt charts
• Demonstrated ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly
• Demonstrate a keen interest in improving your craft by using AI
