Responsibilities
Support daily execution of marketing activity across multiple channels
Help prioritise and structure workloads across multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery
Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners to keep campaigns and deliverables on track
Maintain shared calendars, timelines, and campaign planning documentation
Manage social publishing schedule and coordinate content uploads
Support short-form content writing across social, events, and internal updates
Assist with logistics for webinars, events, and campaigns
Conduct research, competitor tracking, and data gathering
Provide QA across marketing deliverables
Support digital campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.)
Support tracking and reporting tools (Google Analytics 4, etc.)
Coordinate event logistics: venues, vendors, collateral, and timelines
Adherence to governance framework and internal quality assurance
Requirements
Graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Marketing National Diploma
1–3 years of experience in marketing coordination, content, or digital roles
Strong organisational and communication skills
Good written English with ability to adapt to brand tone
Basic familiarity with social tools, scheduling platforms, and CRM systems
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
