Product Director overseeing integrations and ecosystem strategy at Clara, the leading B2B fintech in Latin America. Driving product roadmap and partnerships for enhanced financial data management.
Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end lifecycle for native connectors (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and own the internal accounting module features like automated categorization and multi-entity support.
Shift the paradigm from white-glove implementation to self-serve UI/UX, allowing Controllers to map their Chart of Accounts in minutes.
Partner with Engineering to choose the right middleware vs. native builds and collaborate with Growth to turn integrations into a strategic pricing lever.
Build the "Accountant Console" to enable external firms to manage multiple Clara clients seamlessly and work with Sales to position Clara as the most integration-friendly player in the market.
Establish technical partnerships with ERP vendors to ensure Clara is a certified and preferred solution in their marketplaces.
Requirements
8+ years in Product Management, specifically within Fintech, ERPs, or Data Platforms.
Deep technical understanding of APIs, webhooks, and data transformation.
Domain expertise in accounting workflows (General Ledger, accrual-based accounting, and manual reconciliation).
Working proficiency in English and Spanish.
Experience or interest in AI tools to automate workflows.
Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to translate complex technical schemas into commercial value.
Adaptability to fast-changing environments and proven execution in senior leadership roles.
Nice to haves: Independent analytical skills using SQL, Python, or spreadsheets.
Experience managing integrations via N8N or similar automation platforms.
Experience with Metabase or Databricks for data-driven product decision-making.
A good sense of humor.
