Responsibilities
- Verify that all prospects comply with legal, cash flow, credit score, and risk assessment requirements.
- Manage onboarding processes, including KYC, KYB, AML checks, credit score validation, and credit origination.
- Analyze customer financial conditions and assess creditworthiness for B2B clients.
- Propose credit limits based on risk analysis and financial health.
- Review and challenge first-line credit risk models to ensure accuracy.
- Identify, propose, and implement process improvements using tools like N8N or Hubspot to streamline workflows.
- Support credit bureau audits and operational improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales team to address customer credit needs while maintaining risk standards.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in credit, collection activities, or financial analysis within a B2B environment.
- Working proficiency in English and Spanish (English will be evaluated).
- High analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven role-specific execution mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to perform both detailed quantitative and qualitative analyses.
- Comfortable working under pressure and handling repetitive tasks in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Proficiency in Google Drive (specifically Google Sheets filters, pivot tables, and formulas).
- Experience or interest in AI tools to automate workflows.
