Responsibilities
Lead the strategic expansion of your region—identifying high‑value markets, elevating advisor talent, and strengthening client relationships.
Shape the next generation of wealth leaders by coaching advisors to ensure they are driving net new AUM.
Review advisor books of businesses for quality and resource management.
Recommend advisor compensation given their results and quality elements.
Expand capacity through strategic hiring and talent development.
Build a performance culture rooted in accountability.
Serve as the bridge between local market insights and national Wealth strategy.
Requirements
10 years of relevant financial services or wealth advisory experience required
Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, or supervising financial professionals.
Strong background in financial planning, investment management, and client advisory.
Bachelor's degree required.
Combination of relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Series 7, 24, and 65 licenses required (or equivalent registrations)
