Regional IT Support Technician supporting IT technology in citizenM hotels and operational offices. Responsible for managing technical issues and coordinating external IT staff across the region.
Responsibilities
Remote and on-site support of technical issues in hotels and offices
Management and coordination of external IT staff in the US region
On-site support and delivery of IT system installations during the hotel development stage
Apply and maintain security standards in the hotels
Understand, own, and keep up to date the property-specific documentation to provide proper support for the key systems within the assigned properties
Work with the EU IT team on projects and new system rollouts to ensure regional requirements are met and compatible
Requirements
Previous experience with hotel systems and time spent in hotel IT support is beneficial, but not required.
A well-rounded understanding and working knowledge of hotel operations and experience of the standard systems employed by hotel chains.
