AI Transformation Lead responsible for transformative initiatives across support and hotel operations at Another Star. Focused on leveraging AI, automation, and process optimization for operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted advisor to the senior leadership of Another Star, providing insights and recommendations on AI, automation, and operational efficiency initiatives.
Lead the development and execution of a forward-looking innovation roadmap, integrating it into the business planning cycle.
Influence core strategic suppliers to deliver solutions that align with Another Star’s operational and strategic goals.
Identify, prioritize, and lead initiatives that reduce manual work, improve quality, and unlock capacity for more strategic value.
Partner with stakeholders to deliver initiatives on time and within budget, and achieve agreed-upon KPIs, such as FTE reduction, processing time improvements, and cost savings.
Monitor and report on the impact of initiatives, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
Safeguard together with the Another Star tech team, the end-to-end Change Management framework, including process governance, tool optimization, and AI solution onboarding to drive sustainable adoption.
Evaluate and implement AI, RPA, and digital solutions that streamline operations and improve service quality.
Partner with Another Star’s tech team and core partners (suppliers) to ensure solutions are fit-for-purpose, integrated with existing systems, and operationally sustainable.
Translate technical possibilities into actionable business cases with measurable ROI.
Partner with a team of specialists in AI, automation, process improvement, and project delivery.
Develop team members’ skills and capabilities to deliver results and drive innovation across the business.
Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Delivery of all special projects on time, within budget, achieving predefined business outcomes.

Requirements
Master’s degree in business, operations, technology, or a related field.
Proven experience leading cross-functional transformation and influencing senior leadership.
Track record of delivering measurable operational improvements using AI, automation, or process redesign.
Strong understanding of multi-site or hotel operations is highly desirable.
Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and supplier engagement skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.
Commercial and financial acumen to evaluate business cases and operational impact.
