- Champion the development & deployment of best practices to improve program performance, and efficiency, and produce repeatable results across a growing business.
Requirements
- BS in EE and 10+, or MS+8 or PhD +6 years of experience in technical project leadership experience developing integrated circuits. Experience must be in the design of semiconductors.
- Must have a thorough understanding of silicon development processes.
- Possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills to work with multi-functional silicon development teams
- Basic knowledge of analog and digital design flows
- Strong program management fundamentals
