Responsibilities
Support day-to-day HR system operations in SAP SuccessFactors
Ensure accurate data maintenance and timely processing of HR transactions
Provide operational support across the employee lifecycle
Focus on execution, data integrity, and operational support
Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, IT, Payroll, and HRIS leadership
Requirements
3–5+ years of HRIS or HR operations experience
Hands-on experience administering SuccessFactors (Employee Central preferred)
Experience with position management in SuccessFactors
Familiarity with onboarding modules and workflows
Strong experience with data uploads and data validation
Understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle processes
Ability to manage high-volume, detail-oriented transactional work
