Responsibilities
Provide technical support to clients experiencing technical or functional issues related to our software, respecting contractual deadlines and terms.
Prioritize requests, write intervention reports for clients, and identify training needs.
Work remotely to provide monitoring, assistance, configuration, and customization of our software.
Triage, document, and report any bugs while verifying their resolution.
Contribute to testing new modules and versions, and to writing and updating user guides and implementation procedures for our solutions.
Requirements
Degree in IT or equivalent technical training
Proven initial experience in technical support at a software vendor
Experience providing technical support for ERP software
Proficiency in SQL
Rigour, autonomy, and strong organizational skills
Knowledge of public finance is a plus
