About the role
- Inventory Auditor responsible for verifying merchandise and cash in Circle K stores. Conducting physical inventories and collaborating with store managers to ensure compliance with operational procedures.
Responsibilities
- Verifying merchandise and cash in each of the Circle K Company stores by conducting a physical count using a handheld computer
- Notifying store managers of wrong prices and pull out-of-code merchandise.
- Counting and verifying cash assets on site.
- Verifying money orders, lottery tickets inventory and bank deposits.
- Verifying gasoline inventory.
- Perform surveys to verify compliance with operational and financial procedures.
- Working in safe manner by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Working independently with little supervision.
- Performing multi-tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Requires 1 year of inventory auditing experience or retail experience in a convenience store environment.
- Must have a valid driver’s license with no major offenses and current liability car insurance.
- Occasional overnight travel may be required.
