About the role
- Product Manager handling commercial banking portfolio management at CIBC. Supporting product development and managing relationships across various partners within the bank.
Responsibilities
- Work within the Commercial Banking Portfolio Management team
- Support the Director Credit Products in achieving business objectives
- Manage relationship with various partners throughout the bank
- Assist in development and implementation of proposals for Employee Share Purchase and Partner Capital Loan Programs
- Preparation and compilation of monthly Employee Share Purchase Programs and Partner Capital Loan reports
- Manage ESPP and PCL sites inclusive of program offers and updates
- Provide marketing and communications support on products, features & services collateral
- Participate in meetings with Commercial Banking Relationship, Private Banking, and Retail Managers
- Support execution of projects, particularly related to the products
- Develop and manage internal sales support programs and communications.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration or Commerce, or related discipline OR equivalent business experience
- Prior experience in Retail Banking Centre and Retail Adjudication is preferred
- Strong affinity for product management and product development
- Excitement about launching new innovative products to market
- Strong analytical skills
