Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in risk management, compliance, internal audit, or quality assurance, ideally within financial services.
- Advanced proficiency in developing and analyzing reports, dashboards, and metrics related to control effectiveness and risk management.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CRISC, CISA) is an asset.
- Experience with compliance related technology tools, data analytics, or automation (e.g. SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create high-quality reports and presentations for executive audiences.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
