About the role

Responsibilities
- Contribute towards project success by implementing, customizing and maintaining QAD-related functionality with standard QAD or (if justifiable) through developing customizations

Requirements
- 10 to 18 yrs of overall experience with minimum of 8 years into programming and development on QAD (and Mfg/Pro)
- Hands-on experience with non-intrusive programming viz. ICT
- Knowledge of skills like EDI, Qxtend, Excelerator, QRF, Maintenance, Inquiry, Browse etc is ideal
- Min 3 yrs experience leading, mentoring, guiding the team
- Exposure to integration projects
- A broad range of QAD knowledge with decent know how about areas like Supply chain, Sales & Distribution, Finance
- Hands-on experience with QAD Enterprise Edition (QAD EE)
- Hands-on experience with QAD EE development using tools like QRF
- Good knowledge of QAD product to configure/setup catering to business needs
- An analytical approach to problem solving
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic Progress OpenEdge programming skills
- Experience with Scrum or Agile way of working.
