About the role
- Product Analyst responsible for communicating product vision and collaborating with squads in a tech transformation company. Engage with stakeholders to clarify requirements and enhance product deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Communicate the product vision to developers and testers.
- Understand users’ needs and translate them into detailed requirements for the Squad.
- Challenge business definitions and act as the owner of deliveries.
- Map processes in collaboration with business areas.
- Create use cases and manage the technical refinement of stories.
- Ensure the Squad’s priorities are 100% aligned with the needs of the company’s systems portfolio.
- Keep SDLC documentation and system configurations up to date and compliant.
- Support inspection/adaptation workshops and ensure each feature meets the Definition of Done.
- Track performance metrics and build progress reports for stakeholders.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, Product Owner, or in a similar role.
- Availability to work on-site in São Paulo (Vila Olímpia) twice a week (Tuesday and Thursday).
- Advanced English (required).
- Spanish is a plus.
- Business knowledge in a pharmaceutical or healthcare company is a plus.
- Experience with Jira and Confluence is a plus.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Critical thinking and attention to detail.
